$250 SETTLEMENT FEE:  Valid for May 2020 on Refinance and Purchase transactions. Residential properties. Limited to domestic USA signings and not valid for commercially owned properties.

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (“RON”) available:  We are partnered with America’s top innovators for remote online notarization (also known as “RON”). NOTARY CLOSING @ WORK OR HOME: If a client prefers a a notary closer to sign them at home or work, please request an onsite notary using one of our pre-qualified signing services. Additional cost will apply and the request subject to availability. Order here
