Johanna is originally from Peru but has spent the last 20 years in the USA working first in the retail sector and then the legal and title insurance industry. Johanna’s 15 plus years of experience handling real estate transactions from beginning to end provides the company a wide range of skills sets and our customers a wealth of experience. Johanna has managed over 4,000+ real estate closings and manages the company’s operations. Johanna enjoys days at the park with her kids, sports, and Peruvian Cuisine.

Martyn has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County since 1983, and he is also a member of the Virginia Bar. He received his Bachelor Degree from Florida International University and his JD from Stetson College of Law. His practice is limited to real estate, family, and personal injury law. During his career he has tried dozens of jury trials and he is an experienced trial attorney. Over the years he has litigated and settled several wrongful death and other tort cases resulting in settlements in excess of $2,000,000. Martyn resides in Miami where he is an avid motorcyclist and small aircraft pilot.

Yvette is a Florida native and entrepreneur with over 25 years of business experience. She launched two successful companies first “The Kid Mover” a full service children’s transportation service with over 400 passengers that she sold in 2000. In 2004,  she started “The Closing Company Title & Escrow” with her partner Martyn Verster, Esq.  She received her Bachelor of Business from Florida International University. During her career as a  Florida Licensed Title Agent and  and Paralegal, she has closed over 4,000 real estate transactions. She is actively involved with Rotary International and a leads her own not for profit project supporting small business startups in Ecuador.
